Thursday was a fruit and toast breakfast for A & L. K drinks loads of coffee and I rarely have breakfast. Yes, I'm aware that's not good.

Lunch was turkey, cheese and lettuce sandwiches. Noticing any preferences here?

Dinner was tacos! Homemade of course. Even if we had a Taco Bell here, I understand they use ground beef tongue! Yikes!

Yesterday was cereal in the morning.

Turkey sandwiches for lunch with the exception of PB&J for L.

Dinner was beans, corn on the cob and a rack of BBQ ribs...yes home grown pork of course!

Today we received the rest of our pork in the form of bacon and smoked ham. Naturally we fried up some bacon and eggs (also organic) for breakfast.

Lunch was a cut up hot dog for L, a turkey and lettuce sandwich for A, and a leftover egg sandwich for me.

K brought pizza home for dinner. What more can I say about that?

Monday was a homemade pancake brunch. For dinner we fried some home-grown organic pork chops and ate them with mashed potatoes and salad. I made my famous chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

Sunday was subs again for lunch.

Dinner was eaten at Pat O'Brien's. Hot wing appetizer for all then K had a salad with grilled chicken, the girls had chicken fingers and I had a muffaletta and a pint of Sweetwater 420. A decent brew. A decent brew indeed.

Lunch was turkey, cheese and lettuce subs.

Dinner was consumed at The Jerusalem Cafe. Middle Eastern food. Nice change.

Today we had lunch at Hurricane Brewery. I had a Philly Cheese Steak (outstanding) and 2 Storm Surge Stouts. K had a Shrimp Poboy and a Floating Car Blonde Ale. A had Fish & Chips and a Shirley Temple, and L had Baked Mac & Cheese and a Shirley Temple.

Tonight we ate at a restaurant that I will name in the near future when I in fact remember the name. Excellent service and better than average food. K had the rack of lamb and red wine. A and L both split a Chicken Marsala which was marvelous (yes, of course I tasted it). I had a pork dish (delightful at first bite and thereafter merely pleasant) and martinis.
